What Is the Kabaza Empowerment Project?
The Kabaza Empowerment Project is a partnership between Mudzi Foundation and Makokasa that helps registered kabaza (motorcycle) drivers access loans for motorbikes and plots of land. We’re building a path to ownership for hardworking riders — one ride at a time.
Who Can Join?
- Must have a valid motorcycle driving license
- Must be registered with Makokasa
- Must commit to a simple repayment plan
- Preferably operating in Lilongwe, Blantyre, or Mzuzu
